A sporting injury often means more than just not being able to play. It is a way of life, a relaxation, a therapy, a social experience or more. We understand how important it is to get back into shape. Mr Jamooji has many years of experience in dealing with sporting injuries. The Wimbledon area brings us into contact with many sports such as tennis, football and golf etc which are all notable in this area.

Lifting Injury Away
Sports injuries typically arise as a result of the high level of usage or demands made on the body. This is set against background of an ever increasing sedentary lifestyle, with ever increasing working hours. Tissues damaged in this way (flitting between lengthy sitting followed by high level activity) requires special attention. This includes a bio-mechanical assessment of the injury. It also requires an understanding of the physiology of tissue damage and recovery. It is developing the harmony between these aspects, as well as treating the injury. This makes our approach to sports injury unique.

Improving Performance
This also means there are extra benefits for the keen sportsperson. These include (a) achievable increases in sports performance (b) reduction of the re-injury rate. We ensure all major bio-mechanical mechanism of the body are scrutinised and “tweaks” are made to key areas. These can have clear effects and when supported by exercises, gives you more control over your performance and health. Technical clinical information is also provided to you in plain English, to help you understand better the bio-anatomy of what is taking place. With these in mind we hope this will bring you more pleasure and support.
